• Google Classroom (may be hard without being 1:1 but I think I can do it)

• Calling parents (why do I have such a phobia of this? Weird, right?)
• Being nicer
• Attending more extra-curricular activities

Stop:

• Making excuses for students
• Drinking so much caffeine
