I Folded the title page "Parallel and Perpendicular Lines" over until it creased on the X-Axis of the the two coordinate planes with "Perpendicular Lines" under it. (that is the first fold) <br />Next take the page that has "Parallel Lines Have the Same Slope" at the top and fold the top down so that the "Slope" title on the back stops a little above the "Parallel Lines" at the bottom. Then just slip this sheet in the inside of the other one.
